- The Client enters into an agreement with the company “Red rising sun trading house ltd.” on the provision of services for the purchase of a car from an auction in Japan and its transportation to the Republic of Cyprus.
- The client makes an advance payment – a deposit of 3000 euros.
- After receiving the prepayment, we send the customer an application form in which he specifies the requirements for the car and the maximum cost in Cyprus with all expenses. In the future, until the purchase of the car, or confirmation of the bid at the auction, the customer has the right to change the parameters of the application – the total cost of the car and data about it. You can do this by contacting the manager by phone or by e-mail.
- You receive options for choosing a car by email the day before the auction starts. Notification of this comes via SMS. It is necessary to give an answer before 20 o’clock in the evening of this day. You can trade up to 3 options at the same time on one day. We will make sure that only one car is bought in the end.
From you to confirm the bid: lot number, place of bidding (auction name), make, model of car, the phrase about agreeing to the bid “yes, I agree” or “yes, we are trading”.
If you are not satisfied with the proposed option, write in response – “no, not satisfied.” If possible, specify the reason for the refusal.
Auctions are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (very rarely – on Monday). It is not every day that there will be cars at the auction that are suitable for your request. In this case, no options are sent to the mail. If you have stopped receiving car offers for a week or more, please contact our managers.
- It is possible to choose cars at auctions independently. This should be done the day before the auction, as auctions are usually updated at this time. Bids are sent to our company’s e-mail in the form: “lot number” “place of bidding” “car name” “bid amount”. For example, “238 uss tokyo toyota corolla 120,000 yen”
- You receive a notification about the purchase of a car on the day of the auction, or on the next business day. Fill out an appendix to the contract indicating the place of purchase of the car, its total cost, the amount to be paid. The payment must be made on the day of purchase, or on the next business day! Otherwise, penalties are imposed. In your absence, payments can be made by authorized persons.
- Subsequent payments for the costs of transportation and customs clearance of the car are made by the Client to the company’s account as these services are rendered.
